Waste-to-Energy-to-Food Systems (W2E2F) and B&B Farms
ABCC's cornerstone integrated technology is a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Conversion system that is unique, proprietary and confirmed as feasible, and not only viable, but also very beneficial, by many prominent engineering authorities. It is a clean, Waste-to-Energy-to-Food system. One of the largest waste management engineering companies in the U.S., URS Corporation, is the Engineers of Record for ABCC’s waste conversion systems.
Through ABCC’s processes, MSW, or trash, can be converted into a multitude of valuable commodities, many utilized in food production and food processing. It is a full-circle, full-cycle “biomimicry” system. It integrates all of ABCC’s products
and systems.
The state-of-the-art processes include separation for recyclables, biodigestion, biocomposting, vermiculture, algaeculture, closed-looped reduction of inorganics, clean generation of electric power, and capturing and cleaning gases and fuels.

The products include three highly productive, organic, fertile topsoil amendments, clean electricity, a superior fish food and livestock feed supplement, blue-green algae (Spirulina and ChlorelIa) for the food processing and health food industries and for pharmaceutical precursors, distilled water, and compressed food grade C02 for the beverage industry. Food grade C02 is used to brew beer, soft drinks, and to decaffeinate coffee and tea. It is in short supply, as are many of the other products.
The topsoil amendments (BioSoils) can significantly reduce deforestation by accelerating the regeneration of unproductive croplands, increased disease resistance, and thus, increased crop yields.

It takes 9 tons of petroleum to make 1 ton of pesticide, or herbicide. This is a huge waste of this resource. Most petrochemical products can be replaced by bio-products.
Because the facility is not reliant on tipping fees, rates to customers can be kept stable, and profits to haulers maintained. ABCC's systems eliminate highly polluting open-air incineration and eliminates objectionable landfill practices. Of the 10 processes involved, ABCC has developed 6 of them. The rest is off-the-shelf equipment. ABCC’s Returns On Investment (ROI) are significant. Generally, for every size of facility the ratio is the same. For a $100 million, 2000 TPD MSW facility, the net return is $55 million by the 5th year, and for each year of the decades-long lifetime of the facility. ABCC can implement systems from 200 TPD to 3,000 TPD.
OTHER TECHNOLOGIES: ABCC's affiliated companies are also available to provide accelerated biofuels production, fast and accurate site assessment, soil enriching in-situ and ex-situ hydrocarbon bioremediation, plastics reclaiming, metals reclaiming, and medical and hazardous wastes management and disposal. Such services can be offered as adjacent facilities to ABCC’s integrated systems. ABCC plans accelerated BioFuels, wind, and solar power generation, for its green facilities with its affiliated partners. Facilities are used for the hands-on and classroom training of the work force. Clinics and child care are also planned.
Land is identified in California and Nevada, and technologies are ready for rollout, beginning with the 2 processes with the most impact, revenue, and the quickest implementation – ABCC’s B&B Farm project (ABCC’s BioFuels and BioSoils Farm), has Business Plans under separate cover. All projects use microbes, are modular, can be implemented in any climate, and generate a generous ROI.

So, ABCC took it's 2 simplest, and most revenue generating systems, for the ABCC BioFuels and BioSoils (B&B) Farm project which is also a Waste-to-Energy-to-Food (W2E2F) system. The B&B business model continued to be expanded for a Nevada site to include BioChar(c) and BioGraphene(c) development from the ABCC BioPellets(c), made from construction debris, and wood wastes form diseased forest trees. BioPellets (and BioChar) have been used to replace coal (with 80% less emissions) and even nuclear energy because of the lack of nuclear wastes remediation. There is a microbe found in Yellowstone geysers that can metabolize those wastes, called Radio Durans, that could perhaps be scaled up and brewed for use. We are opposed to furthering nuclear energy projects, and in favor of
bio-converting those facilities.
BioSoils have been shown to increase water retention, make clay soils more porous, and sandy soils to have a better “crumb structure”. In China they have been shown to increase crop yields by and average of 34% and increase disease resistance by 76 to 83%. No need for pesticides, or expensive chemical fertilizer. Manures - 2/3 steer manure and 1/3 chicken litter give an ideal NPK - are mixed with microbes to eliminate odor, weed seeds and pathogens. Green wastes, paper and cardboard can also be added.
Those BioSoils can then be put through the vermicomposting process to produce worm castings – the best soil amendment – bar none.
